These terms govern your use of Nooodle and your child's creative space.

By creating a Nooodle account or allowing a young creator to use Nooodle under your account, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older to create an account. Nooodle is designed to be used by young creators only under direct parental supervision.
Nooodle ("we," "our," or "us") is an AI-powered creative space for families. We provide tools that let young creators make images, animations, and videos using artificial intelligence, with the parent managing the account.
You (the parent or legal guardian) create and are responsible for the account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may create one or more creator profiles inside your account. Creator profiles do not have their own login and do not require a separate email address. The young creator uses these profiles only under your supervision and your responsibility as the account holder.
Accounts may only be created by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older. By creating a creator profile, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the young creator using it, and that you are supervising their use of the service.
New accounts receive a starting balance of free tokens. Additional free tokens may be earned daily. Free tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded.
Paid subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
One-time token packs may be purchased separately. These do not expire and carry over month-to-month (subject to account rollover caps). All token purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
We may, in our discretion, offer refunds within 14 days of an initial subscription purchase if you have not used more than 20% of your monthly token allocation. Please contact us at hello@nooodle.ai to request a refund.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.
The creative prompts and resulting artwork created through your account belong to you (the parent account holder). We do not claim ownership of content created through the service.
By publishing a work to the Nooodle Gallery, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that work within the platform for other users. Published works may be featured in marketing materials with your prior consent. You may unpublish a work at any time to remove it from the Gallery.
Image and video generation is powered by third-party AI providers (currently fal.ai and OpenAI). These providers have their own terms regarding AI-generated content. By using Nooodle, you accept that prompts are processed by these services.
Prompts and generated content are evaluated by automated content filters. Content that violates our content policy is blocked. Filter events (such as attempts to generate blocked content) are logged and reviewed. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
Content filtering is probabilistic and is not a guarantee. No automated system catches every edge case; parental supervision is always required. Parents can review activity, filter events, and published works at any time through the Parent Dashboard.
Nooodle is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, that content filters will catch every edge case, or that AI-generated content will meet any particular standard of quality, accuracy, or appropriateness. AI models can produce unexpected results. Parental supervision is always required.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nooodle and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost data, loss of tokens, or dissatisfaction with generated content. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from the Account Settings page. Upon deletion, all creator profiles, canvases, and generated content will be permanently removed. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion. Any outstanding subscription at termination will not be refunded.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
